[scribus] getting picture

I am using the tutorial for Scribus, but I have run into a snag. After I 
selected  the image frame, and right-clicked inside the image frame and 
selected get image the dialog box opens, but I cannot find FYug folder 
anywhere. Do I need to download these folders from somewhere?
