[scribus] Scribus 1.4.1 on PCLiunxOS

I was wondering where to get Scribus 1.4.1 for PCLinuxOS as mentioned
in a previous post by Ian Whitfield.
I looked for that a short time ago but could not find a current
version anywhere for that OS.
