[scribus] State of spell checking in scribus 1.4

I have read of F7 and of hunspell sometime...
but i'm not sure of anything...
and i dont see any related entries in the menus.

What is the state of spellchecking in scribus 1.4
and how is the spellchecker to be launched if possible ?
