It's a platform for "microcrowdfunding" of FLOSS projects. In other words, a way for users of Libre software to offer rewards for features or bugfixes that the want to see fixed. It uses Paypal, and has been launched by some Brazilians. Will it take off? I don't know, but I'm giving it a try... Cheers, Manuel
