Lisa Charles Scribus is able to convert photos from RGB to CMYK, its one of the options when you start the export system.
Several photo editing programs can also convert to CMYK, I have Photo Plus 9 and the cost of it was very little. Another option is simply to drop your photo into inkscape and save it as an SVG file. Wena
