[scribus] Printing from Scribus

In my very little experience, opening the scribus-made PDF with any
PDF-Viewer (i use Okular) and printing to PDF again from there seems to
remove much of the overhead Scribus generates to ensure perfect results
with commercial printers. Gives you a much smaller PDF that prints
flawless on office printers. Also very useful for e-Mails with limited
bandwith.
