In the document's preferences (or general preferences so as to remember these) you can teach hyphens to scribus. Go "Preferences > Hyphen", click the "+" under left "Exception" (in french) pane and type "affi-cha-ge" Then re-run the Extra > Hyphne : it will be corrected (I tried using the right "Exclude" pane with "affic-hage" but that didnt work.) It probably is possible to report that mistake to the hyphen dictionnary manager for future generation's sake.
