it's about passing values to the script. as an example, if you want the script to get the data from a specific entry in the database you could pass the id of that row. or if you get data submitted by a web formular and stored in a txt/json/csv file, you can pass the name of that file to the script and get its content read and integrated into the the .sla file and used for generating the pdf. have a nice day a.l.e
