The official revision is 20098 (tag Release_1.5.0), but we added a fix in 20099 for Debian I think it was due to relocation of plugin files that we had not heard of before. Our packages for 1.5.0 are therefore at 20099.
There will be no fixes applied to a 1.5.0 branch, that is what 1.5.1.svn includes, as well as the major work we will be doing.
