i think that you simply have not defined any border around the text frames. enable and disable the "preview mode" in the "view" menu to see if you have real border around them. (if they disappear when you enable the preview, what are you are seeing are only the placeholders and won't be printed!) in "window > properties" you have a "border" tab where you can do so. but i have not tested the calendar for a long time and i don't know if it is supposed to put lines around the boxes... ciao a.l.e
