Unfortunately neither in Qt 5.3 nor in Qt 5.4. In Qt 5.4 the issue could occur when using applications depending on different versions of Qt (eg: scribus 1.4.x and 1.5.x). On Windows at least, Qt 5.5 seems to work better in such case. I have not seen the issue since I upgraded. Jean
