[scribus] Scribus on a Raspberry Pi 3

FWIW, 1.5.3 built on the RPi3. All the dependencies except cmake are in
the repository (as is Scribus-1.4).

Ran the Font script on 10 fonts with no problems.

Not sure that you could generate a 32 page magazine, but for brochures and
other small jobs, it seems to be quite suitable.

cmake 3.6.2 was needed and it was built from source
