the latest 1.5.x release is 1.5.3. so there is of course no tarball for 1.5.4, yet. but you can get the current trunk from svn co svn://scribus.net/trunk/Scribus scribus or from the Github mirror git clone git at github.com:scribusproject/scribus.git or you can get the current code in a zip from https://github.com/scribusproject/scribus/archive/master.zip (but you should really prefer git or svn...) ciao a.l.e
