First, go to https://bugs.scribus.net/my_view_page.php and sign up for a new account. Once you get your account, login to the site, then in the left sidebar choose Report Issue. This brings up a screen where you can skip most of the entries except Category, and Product Version/Target Version, where you can choose Future Release, with whatever level of priority you would like. Then at the bottom, perhaps describe a summary of the scenario you're facing and what the new feature would help with, or how it might work. After that, you'll get email feedback whenever someone enters a response or maybe has some questions. Greg
