if I know well, Calico printing is for textile/fabric - linear printing, not for composite printing like CMYK - so isn?t ICC profile - please forgive if I know wrong. When I do separation for screenprinting I need to redraw the hole picture, tone by tone & colour by colour in separate layer (the result is sometimes is 6 to12 or even 16 colours & tones) If you don?t have time or don?t whant to do manualy you wil need to by YRGBK2 <http://www.photoscreenprint.com/download/yrgbk-color-separation-software/> for photoshop to do this automaticaly, I don?t know about existence or alternative opensource app for this.
