Hi Joan, An option to at least consider is to not use tables at all. Instead, you might import a CSV file into a text frame, and instead of having individual cells, you use the tabulator to place the items from your CSV. Spreadsheet programs have CSV export as an option. Here is a wiki page about using a script to import csv data: https://wiki.scribus.net/canvas/Import_CSV_Data If there is a lot of trickiness to how you wish your table to look, there is also the option of doing your spreadsheet work in a spreadsheet program, then exporting the table as an image, then importing the image to Scribus. You won't be able to edit the table once imported into Scribus in this way. Greg
