Hey, so things have come along slowly but quite a bit has happened since my last mail on the topic. In general, the new class should currently be in a state that is usable. However, testing is rather poor, and it still requires using the separate "variables" branch of SDAPS and manually adding all the files during setup.
As before, the code is at https://github.com/sdaps/sdaps-class run "make" after checkout to build. Many of files need to be added using "--add" when running "setup_tex". I have started to work on documentation and the reference documentation is relatively pretty complete at this point. It includes a lot of short examples with renderings: http://sdaps.org/class-doc/index.html for example: http://sdaps.org/class-doc/sdapsclassic.html (main class) or http://sdaps.org/class-doc/sdapsbase.html (base package) If anyone is willing to test things, then I would be grateful for that.
