This will not and cannot work unfortunately. To make it work, you would
need to export more metadata manually (i.e. the information written out
by LaTeX to questionnaire.sdaps is incomplete).
Really, if it all possible, I *strongly* recommend using the "unstable"
version. The "stable" version has not been maintained for too long at
this point. And we are working on pushing out a 2.0 with only some more
minor fixes added.
