Hi! As far as I know sdaps does not have this functionality out of the box.
I have done sdaps data extractions with non-sdaps generated questionnaires, by specifying the location of the checkboxes manually, but my questionnaires did have the corner marks used by sdaps to rectify rotation caused by scanning. If there is enough space on your questionnaire on the edges you may be able to print just the corners used by sdaps on the questionnaires with the answers, but this seams quite convoluted, and I’m not sure it will work.
