You can't, ucsim is *nix only. There is "s51 for dos" on my homepage, but note that it is different, very old, unmaintaned, probably not bugfree application. Anyway, it is not too bad. I still use it at the university for educational purposes. Students use it (in windows dosbox) to simulate mcs51 programs on microcontroller courses.
