Hello all, Stas Sergeev proposed in patch 887171 to remove the error message about code not generated due to other previous errors during compilation. Apparently het gets so many of them it fills his screen and he cannot see the original error.
I wanted to change it to a warning which is suppressable. But his argument is: since it is caused by another error the code cannot reliably run anyway so what's the point of keeping the error message. So now I put this before you: Who wants the error message removed? Who prefers it to be a warning? Who wants it to stay? I will implement and/or close the patch next week.
