Dear Raphael,

The previous patch contained too much dust.
I made this, from a new checkout from svn. So it is much clean, now.

How to create a fully working version of sdcc under linux?
I can cross compile under linux with mingw32, but this suppress the
libs. Is there a way to create in one shot?
