AVR is adequately supported by gcc-avr on Linux and winAVR on Windows so no need for sdcc support. gbz80 I'm not sure but suspect it is simply because there is now no-one willing to put in the time & effort needed to maintain such an oddball branchling. Of course, lack of hardware would also play a part!
