As Paul mentioned, you can find here ( http://www.ezcomponents.org/ docs/api/trunk/Webdav_clients.html ) the list of clients which are systematically tested, with regard to the Component itself. However, although a pretty thorough list of supported clients ( + setup instructions when applicable ) for the eZ Publish integration is kept here ( http://pubsvn.ez.no/nextgen/trunk/doc/features/4.1/ webdav_readme.txt ), you are right, there is no such thing yet as a visual "reliability table".
