You do not have to have Webdav enabled to get the ODF import working. From a 
standard ez webin install, the frontend toolbar provides you with the ODF 
import/export functions (ie buttons) directly, with no need for Webdav.
Secondly, should you want to enable Webdav anyways for mass uploads (which you 
can, however, replace by the multiupload feature, also available from the 
ezwebin toolbar), no apache-webdav activation is required : eZ Publish's webDAV 
is working at the PHP level, meaning no Apache reconfiguration is required.
