Come dig in the dirt as Walt, our grateful gardener, guides us through an
interactive soil composition workshop! Learn how to organically enrich your
native land using natural amendments. Get up close and personal with the real
farmers - those wiggly worms who remain at work while we are fast asleep. We
will scavenger hunt for beneficial bugs and discuss what they offer. We'll also
learn what excites the three sisters - corn beans and squash. A fun time will
be had by all diggin' in the dirt at a Good Neighbor Garden

After we work up a good appetite gardening in the sun we will all share an
organic potluck meal together. Its a potluck event so bring a dish to share
(preferably organic and vegetarian :)
WHAT TO BRING: Garden gloves, a magnifying glass if you have one, curiosity,
enthusiasm, a dish to share and friends!
