you've got a point there. i don't think they want to be huge. at least
i know i wouldn't. music isn't fun when it's an obligation. and if they
are huge they will have to do so many more shows and special
appearances. things won't be for recreation they would all be
obligation, a lot are now, but it's not the same when the shows are so
frequent.
it's hard to explain, but if you are a musician you probably
understand. i know i hate playing when i'm not in the mood, but when
you have a performance you have to and it sucks. you are probably
thinking i'm crazy how you could not like to play that stuff. but when
you play the same songs for that long it's boring and repetitious. and
i doubt they would want to do that to themselves.
i'm thinking of majoring in music in college, but i'm not sure if i
want to, because i would have to do things i don't want to and it would
too much of a commitment and could take out the fun. the way i see it
is that if i have to do it it's not going to be fun, i need freedom to
do what i want when i want, and it's hard with so many obligations.
think about all these big time stars with their pictures everywhere.
they have to make so many appearences. it's really hard.
maybe it's like that for sunny day.
