well, I meant for this to be a long response but I'll keep it short and
sweet:
Lack of development on sdre.com is partially my fault, yes. However there
have been NUMEROUS things that have kept me from being able to flesh that
site out to it's fullest extent that were beyond my control. Someone
accused me of being too proud to seek help, but this is not the case.
I've tried to outsource videos from two individuals who haven't returned
these videos to me since I shipped them in May. Live MP3s? Never
recieved the HQ shows or the greenlight from Greg. What about the band's
personal pages? Despite initial enthusiasm I cannot get anybody to give
me material for these sites. They're set up so that all the guys have to
do is go to a site and type what they want. At least Dan sent me some
pictures at one time, we were halfway there.... Paper Dolls? Never got
the drawings from Chris.
The shit really hit the fan a few weeks ago with the new label and
management issues. My hands are tied and the exciting news I was eager to
post a few weeks ago has been witheld upon request. It's a big
combination of things and I'm sorry if i've "done a disservice to the
fans" as someone eloquently put it. A seemingly clear path has some
unseen barriers. brian
