So setting up my first merb production app (capistrano, etc) and have seen lots of references to running 4 instances and using a reverse proxy (e.g. nginx) - but isn't one of the appeals of merb is that we didnt have to hack around threading limitations (like in Rails) by starting 4 instances and then using a load balancer.. ? I suppose perhaps these people are using ActiveRecord but Im using Datamapper which supports multithreading.. ? Anybody else as confused as me but figured it out? If so an example start command line (to put in my cap restart) would be grand. Thanks..
