Hey Rubyists,
I am looking to bring on one or two Rails Contractors who can work
with me to complete projects I have going right now as well as
projects that will be coming up in the near future. The ideal
candidate(s) will have at least a year of experience with Ruby/Rails
and be proficient with programming in general. This is a great
learning opportunity for those newer to Ruby/Rails so long as you are
a quick learner.
My role will be that of project manager/lead programmer. I will
delegate tasks and oversee most of the code from a macro perspective
but will not micro-manage you. Mainly I will interface with the
client, build specs/scopes, and come up with time estimates/deadlines.
Location: Telecommute with weekly meetings Downtown.
Compensation: Negotiable but the goal is between $30 and $50 per hour.
The rate will be determined by your demonstrable skill level.
