Hi all, The company I work for, Analog Analytics, continues to grow, and we have more work than ever. I was the first developer here, and I am the "hiring manager." I've had the freedom to create the developer culture and to hire real pros. We'd like to add more.
Our front line dev team is based in Solana Beach, California. Together, we support a sizable customer base, build internal tools, and knock off quick-hit features. We have remote teammates in Portland, Los Angeles, Sydney and Germany. We really like each other! Our software stack is standard (Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, MySQL and Linux) and we practice TDD; we look for experience with all of these. We manage our infrastructure with Chef, and also use Redis/Resque. Bonus points for mobile or Ops chops. This is a permanent, full-time position in the Solana Beach office.
