Park for a talk by Chris Zwickilton about his experiences implementing
Agile methods at Qualcomm. The meeting will start at 6:30pm but you are
welcome to arrive earlier for a beer and a chat.
"Agile in the Large"
Successful Agile at a large company can require novel approaches to the
traditional practices you may be used to. In this talk, software
developer and Agile practitioner Chris Zwickilton will talk you through
how he and his team have made Agile work at Qualcomm. While many of the
techniques will be familiar, tighter contraints mean that an Agile team
at a large company needs to be more creative and flexible. Chris will
describe his current project and show both the challenges and benefits
of implementing Agile in the Large.
