Yeah, I'm using localhost as the host argument to SFTP#start so the file 
transfer occurs over the loopback adapter. It still takes over 5 minutes on 
a MacBook Air with SSD because SSH won't transfer anything more than 64K 
chunks. It's like transferring water in a thimble.
