Ben W, I second the Ergotron (bought mine at http://www.provantage.com/ergotron-33-340-200~4ERGT0KU.htm , with the Worksurface). I also got a backless stool with 360 degree footrest so I can stand (on a thick rug as my "anti-fatigue mat"), stand with my foot up on the footrest, sit on the stool with both legs extended, sit on the stool with one or both legs up, or even sit in my comfortable desk chair. It's Paleo--your paleolithic ancestors did not sit for extended periods and they moved around a lot. So move! For myself, I am finding that long periods of sitting produce hip discomfort and pain; you youngsters don't experience that yet. Just wait...
