I'm glad you've interested in CTEs; I've come to realize that they make SQL much easier to manage and also a good deal more powerful, yet hardly anyone seems to know about this SQL feature. I'll see what I can do about putting up a standalone version of this talk on some sensible place. I think Keynote has a "record a talk" feature that will let me turn it into a video and put it up on YouTube. I'll probably just do that.
