Hi Folks, As mentioned last night, SDRuby will have a presence at the upcoming GeekGirl conference. First off I'm looking for anyone interested in teaching an intro class with me. I'm willing to shoulder a lot of the workload if needed. The GeekGirl organizers have asked me to especially request any female members who want to come out and be a role model. Unfortunately we came to this late and I need to know now (like today) for this part. If you are at all interested, even if you think you're not qualified or the right fit, email me please =-)
I'm also going to be looking for people to hang out at our table or wander around the hackfest to help out. We have a tiny amount more time to get that part figured out so I'll ping you all about it again early next week.
