Hi all, Does anyone have any good suggestions for online courses (pay for courses) that teach ruby and rails to experienced developers and would provide some feedback?
My goal would be to offer these as a benefit to developers on my team that are on the bench and interested in learning rails, but I want courses where I can actually go in and see that the people taking them are progressing through them so that I can kind of make sure they are spending their time the way I think they are. Basically I learned rails through just railscasts, and stack overflow and bugging some more experienced friends with questions, but that only works for people that are pretty motivated. A more course-like structure is helpful for people that have the time but need more guidance.
