RESPONSIBILITIES: · Analyze product requirements to identify and gather any missing information to provide reasonable levels of effort for implementation. · Provide reasoned ideas for architecture, design and implementation. · Design and implement high quality features and modules consistent with overall architecture and delivering performance required by the use cases. · Instrument unit tests and integration tests for code and use cases coverage. · Collaborate with team members to provide/seek help and to provide/get peer reviews. · Communicate and work with Product, QA and other matrixed teams across cultures, distances and time zones. · Create clear documentation and sample code snippets for integration by third parties. REQUIREMENTS: · BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent. · 4+ years of Ruby/Java, web and backend software development. · Clear understanding of web fundamentals HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JSON/XML. · Expertise in one or more JavaScript frameworks angular/react etc. · Working knowledge of interfacing with Relational and Schema Free Databases. · Experience in API design and RESTful services. · Experience developing memory efficient, multi-threaded, asynchronous modules. · Familiar with Agile Scrum/Kanban development methodologies. · Experience working with Git, JIRA and Confluence. -- -- SD Ruby mailing list [email protected] http://groups.google.com/group/sdruby --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SD Ruby" group.
