You mean v1.16.0 I guess?

If we add a 2-3 week freeze after committing the patches the release
would be too late for qemu 6.2 anyway.

So tagging v1.15.0 now and plan for 1.16.0 in january (with smbios +
hotplug changes) looks good to me.
