Peter,
every user of JBDS or EAP5/Seam2 has to go through official Red Hat Support,
where you can report things like "it doesn't work". Please notice JBDS or
EAP5/SEAM.
If you use COMMUNITY Seam releases or JBoss Tools in Eclipse you can file a
JIRA issue without my strict rejection ;-), but not for EAP5/JBDS4 in JBSEAM.
Anyway the best way is look at or post new topic at
