Win 7 64bit on a JDK 1.6.0_23 64bit with AS 6.0.0.Final
Observations:
* Bundles fails consistently on both hosts when using seam-international
* The issue is *not* reproducible in Weld trunk as a duplicated arquillian-test
* The issue *is* reproducible on a AS with updated Weld
* The issue smells like Weld but the case is so simple so it would have been
picked up by now (and it worked in Weld arq-tests)
All in all, a very strange bug.
