Initial work has begun on
https://github.com/gastaldi/reports/tree/SEAMREPORTS-9.
However, the dependencies declared on the pom (and Arquillian itself) are not
complete enough to make the tests run, as the necessary jars stands in BIRT
Runtime.
As for now, the best deploy option for BIRT is to use the supplied BIRT Viewer

This issue may be reopened if the tests passes and a decent maven dependency is
published.
