That's a fairly big change from what we had with 3.1.0.CR1. I don't think we'd
have the problem we did from before with the thread already being tied to a
transaction.
This follows the EE model, but I have my questions as to whether this is the
best way. So we're saying any runtime exception or annotated exception will be
marked for rollback, does that seem right?
