Clarify Security events during deferred authentication

It does appear that when authenticator sets status to
AuthenticationStatus.DEFERRED, a LoginFailedEvent is fired.
Then, when DeferredAuthenticationEvent is fired by the authenticator, no
LoggedInEvent is fired.
Is this the intended behaviour? (I would have expected a LoggedInEvent after a
successful DeferredAuthenticationEvent, and no LoginFailedEvent when
authenticator is AuthenticationStatus.DEFERRED.)
