Foolish me!
I've been using Solder 3.1.0.Final all along, but I didn't realize Config is
already built in so I included seam-config-xml 3.1.0.Beta2 :-P
Yup it works perfectly! Time to get rid of the .properties :-)
BTW is there a best practices guide on comparison between .properties file vs.
Seam Config XML ?
