What we should fix in JBT:
1. fix syntax error (we should add "" to the attribute jndi-name="<DSName>"
when inserting <DSName> since in Seam 2.2 "" were added by seam-gen)
2. put the correct driver name (in Seam 2.2 there was not any driver name)
3. copy the driver jar next to -ds.xml
