There are two problems with TestNG+Arquillian:
1. The test class must extend org.jboss.arquillian.testng.Arquillian, which
breaks our AbstractSeamTest hiearchy
2. The @Before/@After TestNG events are executed both on client and in container
This patch solves the 1st problem by making the SeamTest class a copy of the
AbstractSeamTest. The 2nd problem is solved by adding simple arquillian
extension into jboss-seam (org.jboss.mock.arquillian.* ) which is enabled only
for arquillian-testng-container and which hooks into internal arquillian events
to run the proper begin/end SeamTest methods.
