Solder artifacts on Maven Central are not usable. solder-impl-3.1.0.Final.jar
has a transitive dependency on seam-bom-3.1.0.Final.pom which cannot be
resolved.
By the way, issues of this kind could be avoided if *all* release artifacts
were pushed to Maven Central.
The current situation where some JBoss artifacts are on Central and others in
the JBoss repository only is rather a nuisance for end users.
