It should now be possible to get the se4android source for the following 
branches for both ssh and https:

seandroid - tracks master, https
seandroid-ssh - tracks master, ssh
seandroid-4.2 - tracks 4.2.2_r1.2, https
seandroid-4.2-ssh - tracks 4.2.2_r1.2, ssh
