Hi,

Yesterday Google released an update to Android 4.3 in AOSP. We have
merged android-4.3_r1.1 to the seandroid-4.3 branch and have created a
separate seandroid-4.3_r2 branch based on android-4.3_r2.2.

Use android-4.3_r1.1 and the seandroid-4.3 local_manifest.xml file if
building for the Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 7 (grouper/tilapia), or Nexus 4.
As with 4.3_r1, you can run 4.3_r1.1 on Nexus 10 (manta) but only if you
first extract additional proprietary binaries from the factory image and
include them in your build, as per:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/android-building/OvPkVsjp63Y

Use android-4.3_r2.2 and the seandroid-4.3_r2 local_manifest.xml file if
building for the new Nexus 7 (flo/deb). We have not yet created any
device-specific policy for flo/deb or tested on those devices yet.

Updated proprietary binaries are available from the Nexus drivers page,
